Inventory Management

Our first step is ensuring the availability of the required inventory as outlined in the BOM, aligning with your company’s schedule. Upon confirmation of inventory readiness, we guarantee adherence to the 48-hour shipping requirement. Simultaneously, we coordinate with the technical hardware suppliers to determine receipt dates for technical equipment.

Warehouse Logistics

Our operations will include a single warehouse equipped with secure storage for business equipment. Upon receipt of equipment, we execute a meticulous process of inventorying and storing items before they are kitted and shipped. We affirm that our warehouse facilities have adequate capacity to store multiple pallets of all BOM-listed equipment and received technical hardware.

Kitting

The kitting process follows your company’s instructions, accommodating different equipment delivery phase types (Technology/Construction). Each project phase is kitted based on the information provided by your company. To ensure order completeness and accuracy, we conduct quality assurance testing before shipment.

Shipping

We provide comprehensive shipping services, including tracking information for each item in a pallet, detailed bills of materials with every shipment, and the use of custom pallets to minimize packaging and cost. As part of our commitment, we exclude the use of FedEx, UPS, and other major carriers, focusing on palletized shipments. We affirm our ability to deliver/mobilize within 48-hour notice from strategically located final mile centers.

Project Management

Our project management strategy includes a clearly defined escalation path and a designated point of contact for your company and VAR(s). We outline a clear process flow for the ordering, receiving, kitting, and shipping in response to the client needs.

Return Processing

In cases of undeliverable items or damaged returns, we have an elaborate return process. Our detailed procedure covers all possible return scenarios, ensuring smooth handling and minimal disruption.

Reporting

We offer extensive reporting, featuring daily shipping reports (including equipment and tracking numbers), shipment trending analysis reports, delivery confirmations with photo and signature verification, and comprehensive kit tracking from the centralized warehouse to the local warehouse and finally to the store.
